Nice work Mike !

I just thought of something .If you or anybody is looking for these . Here's a goody from the past . At one time , I believe IDEAL toys did this car in about 1/8 scale . It was a toy yes , But the proportions were dead on even down to the headlight screens .

Now that toy even had an engine you could remove and " Repair " .  It too was quite nice in that it was clear and if you " Fixed " it right , all the goodies inside moved like they were supposed too !

I would imagine if one was found It would be up in the stratosphere as far as price , especially if it was complete with the tools .Why you could take the nuts off and change tires too !

Great job on the first year Vette. You could have any color you want as long as it was white and it was an off white. Your white is very much like the white I have seen on Vette "survivors" from 1953. IIR correctly the engine was a truck engine with three single barrel carbs and the automatic trans was a two speed and the standard trans was a three speed. I have been trying to track down a rumor about a 1953 special Corvette made for John Wayne. Any of you Vette fans got any info on that?

Hard to tell from the pics. Is that white white, or sorta ivory?

Great job!  Besides black, white is one of the most difficult colors to make look good.  Body is really clean and the white came out great. Toast  Keep up the great work.
