Need a 1/25 Ford 302 engine

the revell 32 fords have a 302 with an AOD transmission attached to them

AMT just released it's 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator kit. It is 1/25 and has a 302.

That would probably be a 312 or maybe a 260 unless it was a custom transplant in the kit.  302's didn't come out til around 67 or so.

  You would have to update it , but the REVELL 1959 HideAway hardtop in 1/25 has a 302 I believe .

If you use Sandable Primer in light coats first, you should be able to use the truck paint if you put it on in light coats too. Heavy coats will attack the plastic.  If you have more questions about the paint, try posting in the Painting section of the Forums.  Lots of knowledgeable members there that can answer all your questions.  Sorry I can't help with the engine.  Check Scale Auto Magazine site and you might find ads for aftermarket engines there.
