Well, what I do (I get that effect alot) I very lightly wetsand with a high grit paper of abrasive clothe (depending on the severity) then I use Maquirs Deep Crystasl System. I use automotive paints. Put you may just be able to use the wax to gloss it up. When its done it looks like your reflection in still water. Also, my personal preferance, I don't use clear coats 9 outta 10.
