Does anybody know where I can get something to use as a black vinyl top for a 1969 GTO?
I know I've seen them somewhere before but after two days of searching the net I can't find anything.
Use masking tape to represent the vinyl, and spray it matt black.
alternatively, i got a roll of black vinyl 'gaffa' tape that i've stuck onto models.

That will work!! Thanks!! now I know what to look for and I'm going to try it soon.
If you use enamels, Testors has a "black chrome" color that is semi-matt. I find that a better vinyl than flat black.
