Started glueing parts today fuel injection than some more painting on the exhaust other parts included some small parts round the frame some gold detailing that i allways think looks good when the build is complete.Than onto the chain and sprocket, forks, wheel disc.

As some of you may know the painting backwards and forwards between parts matching colors can take some time.

Today i started glueing parts included the exaust system and put together the the bike frame.

Painted the swing arms some suspension parts also some gold detailing.

17/12

Today i put engine togeather added the fuel injection and the HT caps also painted the bike frame in chrome and assembled the suspension.

18/12

I put the suspension in between the two swing arms i can tell you this was tricky while still keeping the chain and sprockets loosley attached.

Finished some more detailing chrome on black that sort of thing than i sprayed the fairing in white as you know this is a waiting game to see how it will look.

21/12

sprayed the fairing&wheels today how ever some air bubbles appeared may need to rub down the area again if decals do not cover.

Attached the wheel to the swing arms really pleased with how it looks.

22/12

Today i attached the engine as you may know this takes alot of jiggering about to click it into space.

I than attached the the wheel and suspension mount to the bike frame also sanded out the bubbles on the fairing and put the injection cover on attached the ht leads but trying to put the break line on was impossible when i did and tucked it behind the swing arm it just twisted.

23/12

started attaching the exhaust now let me tell you this was a nightmare even now it is not fully on 4 pipes in all!!!

rest of the time was spent placeing decals on the fairing and petrol tank these were tricky just down to the shape of the fairing

With the front fairing on now and the front wheel and break discs feels like the NSR is really coming togeather

3/4/16

today i spent my time removing decals that came off during construction.

I made the crucial mistake of putting them on before i assembled and attached the   fairing and petrol tank.

5/1

today saw some last touches applying some more paint just to sharpen everything up also painted the disc pad in silver and black.

restuck the petrol tank that for somereason took alot to bond than attached the see through screen on the front fairing.

A little disapointed with the decals but i am leaving them as it takes so long to get replacements.

You'll need to upload your photos to a photo hosting website like Photobucket or Imageshack. They are both free. There may be others. Then you can link the photos to the Forum.
