Looking forward to seing your build; especially after seeing the 1:1. I can't imagine working on a car from a wheelchair! Hats off to you and thank you for your service. Hope I'm not out of line assuming you are a vet. Great build nonetheless!

Since I found this new kit, I just HAD to "recreate" a Mustang I built... Its my 1987 Mustang LX "notchback" with a 4.6L 4-valve out of a 2004 Mustang Cobra, with a Whipple 3.4Liter Roots-style Supercharger, 10-point cage, C-4 built by "Joel's On Joy" in Detroit, Built 8.8 rearend with Strange pro-race axles, spool, etc. Strange coilvers in the front, afco's in the rear, no Mini-tub. Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, rails, regulator, etc... (doing it again I'd minitub to begin with. I'd also run an AOD trans. I'm a paraplegic and cant drive a stick anymore)..... The 1990 Mustang Kit has many of the parts I needed, so i started with that.
Then I found a 4.6L 4V engine out of a 1999 Cobra kit on Ebay, picked that up. I also got a Resin Blower kit from B N L resin. I havent got too far, but I attached the lower intake for the blower to the (non-blown) 4.6L using "deluxe materials Perfect Plastic Putty ...... Here is the actual 1:1 car I started with: Early after I finished it, with "bigger"pin-on PITA hood... After I finished it, Whipple 3.4L, smaller hood. 768Hp, 737 ft/lb to the tire. Street racing Twin-Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo 50-150MPH:not the best video, this occurred in mexico, and I do not condone such behavior!!!!! http://vid140.photobucket.com/albums/r9/Rudy41432/MVI_1323.mp4 http://vid140.photobucket.com/albums/r9/Rudy41432/MVI_1327.mp4 Rudy
