Just take the car to your local Honda Dealership.
They can tell you what color the car is - then go to Auto-Pro or Bursons or some other auto parts store that sells auto paint and have them mix up 500ml of that color. I've done that before - it's easy and it's pretty cost effective. It'll be far more than you need (about a thousand times more) but the upside is if you need to touch up chips or little dents on the full size car, you're in luck. Sometimes, if the car isn't too old, they may have Holts Repli-Color touch up spray cans. The older the car, the less likely they'll have that particular color.
Alternatively, go to a good panel beater and by using a spectrograph analyser (I think that's what they call it) they can color match the paint for you.
