OK you have been busy.  What type of brushs do you have avaible to use ?   What sizes are they (No. 2, No. 3 etc. etc.)?

The reason I ask is ,there are many various sizes and qualities of brushes you can see. Usually the less expensive, the less able they are to do the job you want.  Now this doesn’t mean spending big bucks, it just means always try to get the best quality of brush you can.

Check on some of the internet sites, about artist brushes and the various types and materials they are made from.  Example: red sable is superior to horse hair (don’t tell the horse- they get cranky).

Sizes are all the way from 0000 to inches wide and the bristles (the "hairy" part) length will vary too.   The shape and length to the handle will very also.  You should only concentrate on getting the best brush you can for the jobs you need for building models.  If a brush is too big it will not allow you to do any detail work. If it is too small it will be no good painting larger areas.  If the bristles are too coarse it will not be correct for model paints.   As always, ask questions of members of the forum and keep on your modeling journey .

Hey, great job on the model!  Could you let me know where you bought your 10 piece snap kit from?  I've always liked the lines on the Grand Marquis and would like to build one myself... Thanks...TC
