If there is, or was, an F-1 kit I have not heard of it. If I remember correctly the F-1 series started in 1948, then the F-100 series in the 1960s, and later the current F-150 series. There are kits of the F-100 and the F-150. The only model of the F-1 (1948) I know of is a die cast model.

Or perhaps he is correct and they are diecast?

That's a good way to get your account banned. :/

Kay Kay, you are aware that this site is for model BUILDERS, right? Plagiarism is highly frowned upon here.

Bingo!!

The biggest giveaway for me was the rivet on the rear of the bike under the saddlebag.  They also look typical in paint, finish, and lack of sharp details of pre-painted die-cast as well.

The guy is probably a dealer and trying to advertise them here.

On another note, I would love to have a real version of that pickup!

Hello!

Gino - that's because they got no shading on them! Things like leather bags just can't be painted one colour and expected to look realistic.

But on the positive note those babies are neat! I'd even say unrealistically neat... Kay Kay - if you had fun with those, then congratulations on that! Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

Hmm, they look like pre-painted die-cast items to me.
