Wow, this is a tough one. I have not found a definitive photo or reference for this vehicle anywhere. Therefore, if this is a real car and not some Hollywood throw-together, here goes a WAG:
My guess is that it's an Athena made in Greece before or during World War 1. This early car maker imported its chassis/motors and built bodies locally in Athens. Note, the flags and uniforms are Greek, its a military vehicle, nationalism was rampant during post Balkan Wars and pre-WW1, so why would a government NOT buy locally manufactured cars.
According to http://mgpotsches.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/The-Motor-History-of-Greece-with-pictures.pdf in the early 1900s Athena started to build luxury passenger car bodies on imported chassis. Note the vehicles on page 2.
My second guess would be a Theologou, a company founded in Athens by a Greek mechanic of the same name who had worked in the U.S for some years. His company produced a variety of bus and truck bodies, mostly on Ford chassis in the 1920s. Only problem being he got a late start (after WW1) and your car looks earlier.
I could not find any info at the Hellenic Motor Museum website, but perhaps someone from that area might help us out. So, if all this supposistion bears fruit, and these were custom made (or small volume production runs), I seriously doubt you will find a plastic scale model. You'll just have to do what they did and find a chassis and scratchbuild a body. Who's going to prove you wrong! 
Which also brings us back to the first caveat concerning a Hollywood fake, because if these cars are that rare, how did they get one for the TV show? Might try IMDB and research the movie angle.
