1/24 gt40 mk2 conversion kits

Are you trying to backdate a Mk.II to a Mk.I?  If so, I don't know of conversion that will do that.  Not saying you can't get there on your own, but it would take some time and research. Fujimi makes a Mk.l, there are a couple on eBay right now but they're a little spendy for my wallet at the moment.  Historic Racing Miniatures makes a kit to convert the Mk.ll into the 68-69 Gurney/Westlake powered winners after the big blocks were outlawed.  Vintage Racing Miniatures makes decals for the Mk.l.  If you have some deep pockets you might look for the ITC kits, they did the entire GT40 line, the l, the ll, the J-car, the lV, and the Wyer cars from 68-69.  They'll be in 1/25 however.  Don't know about the truck.

I meant IMC rather than ITC.  There are a couple of Mk.l's and ll's, and they're not as bad as I thought. The J-car was about where I was thinking.  I was going to suggest finding a Union repop, but they're more expensive than the originals.  Hope this helps.
