I decided to do a "quick" build while waiting for paint to dry on my Dambusters Lancaster for the RAF group build, and so I grabbed this 57 chevy dragster off my shelf.
When I opened the box, I saw that I actually started building it, and already painted the body and applied some of the decals...so I figured I could get this one done quickly...boy was I wrong! Lol

Mortal as I am,I know that I am born for a day. But when I follow at my pleasure the serried multitude of the stars in their circular course, my feet no longer touch the Earth...
The engine is very nice, too!

Now, don't give me too much credit on the paint! The flames are kit supplied decals! Lol
I did get the engine completed tonight, all spark plug wires, and a fuel rail and lines going to the dual carbs....
Would you believe that this is the first model engine I ever wired and plumbed? Because it is!
Also, a question for those in the know....are these fire suppression tanks or NOS tanks on either side of the battery?
Justin, really good looking build. Your work on the kit decals is great.
