Modler#1 You pictures or your image host is not working.

But it sounds interesting (sorta like listening to  a TV show without the picture Big Smile)

Here's my first WIP post for Tamiya's McLaren MP4/13 with the top studio detail set, Enjoy!

We'll start with the nose, I had to join three peices together to form the frontal structure, Here's the final prodcut sanded and awaiting primer.

Next up is the Monocouque structure, I had a carbon fiber detail set which included decals for the Monocoque sidewalls.

Here are the photos of the sanded down Monocoque, ready for paint. Seam and mold lines had to be removed. the scheme I'm depicting called for the removal of the T-Cam mount.

Now to the good stuff, I am about 80% complete the floor. all I have to add is the metalic heatshield on the botom, It'll be a aluminum color. besides that it's just a few touch ups here and there. the decal sheet didn't come with CF for some areas so I had to use a sheet I had lying around. You can identify thouse decals as the one with the square pattern.

The seat also has had CF decals added to it. I accedentally scrached some of the decal when test fitting it into the Monocoque but hopfully the seatbelts will cover it up.

here's the body shell, not much to mention except that I sanded mold lines and (once again) added CF decals to the inside.

That's all for now, I'll probably be priming either today or tommorow so I'll post an update around then.
