Yes try and see if you can gey one. Although I haven't used it, there is a complete clear unit of 4 or 5 pieces that fits over the back of the car.
Remember , common sense is not common.
2CVs are quirky and fun cars - I've owned two, years ago.....and I have the Heller kit in my stash Perhaps I should get hold of that Mehari kit, too.
Thanks HHscale. Yes we still have to 2CV's and HY vans here in the UK!
Minimalism, reduced! Nice build!
Nice to do these kits - also the Renault 4 - even the full-size cars had fewer parts than your average Dragon kit........
Thanks guys, yes I like quirky kits, and yes also to Club Med, I remember it fondly!
Very nice. A real "Club Med" special.
It was plastic in 1:1, correct?
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
Hi,
You do some interesting and cool looking builds
Thanks Rob. Citroen being French we had quite a few over here in the day, but our weather is not that good during our summer so they didn't sell that well here.
The dealers sold a lot in Spain and the South of France, Monaco etc.
Interesting looking beach buggy. Never ever seen this kit or the actual vehicle. Nice job.
France's answer to the beach buggy. Manufactured '60's to late '80's, main parts from Citroen 2CV saloon to 'trendy' open Sand 'n Surf vehicle.
It originally had the canvas top and seats from the 2CV.
