Thank you to those who have been following and commenting on the WIP thread for this build. I'm posting the final pics here because the other thread got quite long!
The kit is excellent, falls together really. I choped out the doors and added quite a lot of additional detail to the interior which makes a lot of difference. Also, I flipped the wheels around - the back of the kit wheels looks awesome.
Exterior colour is Splashpaints Blu Nethuns.
Let me know what you think!
Amazing job. The color is terrific. Now I have to stop and go over to your work in progress entry and see how this all came about. Lindberg ? humm? Wowzer.

Building the perfect model---just not quite yet
Show stopping! I followed your WIP with great interest 'cause it demonstrated how talent and dedication could overcome the shortcomings of a given kit to accomplish a one of a kind result. The finished car is simply outstanding!

Turned out great! That's the one you did all the nose work on right?
Thanks,
John

As the WIP, superb finish!
Remember , common sense is not common.
Oh My ;
The only things I did different with mine , which is NOT finished yet is this .Kelsey-hayes wires and Brumbo brakes .The rear deck I smoothed down using an insert from a 63 Vette convertible rear deck . I didn't like the " Hump " on the Trunk . Other than that I picked up three to try different things with and then a fourth to build Box Stock !
Now sir , what you have done here is a very nice version .Do More ! T.B.
