Built box stock, the kit has a date of 1990 (Second Edition) Great kit to build. I've added slash cut alloy exhaust pipes.

The kit has fully working steering by the steering wheel.

The only part missing was no. 49 which helped prop open the windscreen, so I cut a small piece of chrome sprue to take it's place.

When I built it as a kid, in the 60's, I remember it as a tricycle.  Did they up grade to 4 wheels with the reissue?  Sure do like the looks of it, nice build.

Thanks roony. Well being in the UK we/I didn't see the first issue in the 60's although it has two dates on the instruction sheet, 1966/1996. Here's the two box arts I've found on the web.... 60's first

and the 90's.................This kit...........

Both identical as far as I can see, and both with 4 wheels.

Thanks midnightprowler.

It has full engine chassis and suspension detail....

And as I say above full steering from the cockpit.
