Ah!

There was a time I ran 1/32 , 1/25 and Aurora cars .The 1/25 stuff was usually Plymouths and Dodges set up for Rally stuff ,Really !

I did one Stock style, four wheel drive Plymouth and everyone said it wouldn't stay on the track .Well it did and thanks to those Mabuchi Cans it ran like a scalded cat !

Greg

Not anymore but sure used to be. Both HO and the big track scale per your pics.

Great memories and had a ball in both scales (the latter involved visiting the nearest pay-per-use commerical track, of course).

I'm happy to see folks are still involved in this neat-o hobby. Yes

Likewise the big scale stuff.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I remember maybe it was the mid 60's (?) places were springing up to race them. American Pickers had an episode with a guy with I think the largest collection anywhere.

A number Army Viet Nam scans from hundreds yet to be done:

Have had the great fortune to be on every side of the howitzers.

Never did the big ones, but had the AFX HO scale stuff.  These are nice.  Fun mix of scale modeling and action!  Thought about doing the scale rc plane stuff for that same reason.

Thanks,

John
