Yes Rob, That is the one!
Remember , common sense is not common.
PatW Thanks guys. This Revell kit is 1/24th scale whereas a lot of other vehicles from the 'Cars' movies are a lot smaller, say 1/43rd.

I saw a yellow car, Cruz Ramirez, from this series at a local close out store today.
Now that's cool. You just turned on a light bulb in my head. I have a 2 year old grandson whom I watch several times a week, and have to keep busy with something entertaining AND educational. We are going to build some models of the "cars". Thanks for the idea and a great fun build.
Oy !
It's to laugh! They are a cute coniving bunch of Autos and Auto related vehicles, haven't missed any. The model is smile generating for this auld Phart !
Thanks Rob, a great series of films. I was so glad to see the cars etc in various scale sizes, also having built the pick-up truck, also a snap kit in 1/43rd...
Looks good. I have a 15 year old who was a big fan of Cars and Cars 2 when he was younger. I haven't seen the third movie, but I did see some sort of plane based version of Cars with him a long time ago.
I've seen kits from the Cars and Planes movies; it is nice to see one built.
Cheers Josh. A few decals always help!
Haha very whimsical. I love the fact Lightning McQueen is sponsored by Nicorette!
It's a very cool build, and the detailing adds nicely.
Josh
Thanks keavdog. Yes I watch the various Cars movies everytime they come up on TV/Films/Sky etc!
That's cool Pat. Loved the movie.
Thanks,
John
Thanks GMorrison, yes it's great fun to build and enjoy! Yes the tyres are already printed when you open the box!
That's a lot of fun.
I like those "Lightyear" meats!
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I thought being the cartoon images of a Nascar I thought of trying to find some decals in my left-overs and having a kit on the shelf for some time and the decals being still perfect I'd size them up. The roof numbers are much larger (as the body is slightly smaller although still 1/24th)but still fit at a push I decided to use the kit ones from a Revell 2006 Dupont Monte Carlo, so after some trimming up of large blocks of smaller decals...................
