Not sure this will help ( depends on which way you want to go with the build ) but there are a ton of 1/12 scale RC wheels - may not fit what you're looking for but thought I'd throw that out there.

Some love it, some hate it, but I thnk eBay is your best bet. There's an incredible variety of scale auto parts listed under "Model Car Junkyard" and "Model Car Parts"; refine your search from there, and good luck. As I remember, that's a very nice kit.

The only 1/12 scale kits I have are two different Monogram sports cars, neither one is complete, and I don't think Ferarri tires would work for you.
