Nice. From my research  shows only a black  interior from the factory  but if it's  a military job tan would be ok i think. 

 

 

 

My 1980 Series III 109 had very dark brown door cards and interior trim, while the seats, very similar to the later Defender type seats, were dark brown vinyl with a lighter brown fabric on the seat bottom and back.  The typical SIII "deluxe" pleated seats were normally black vinyl as were the later slab type seats.  On the earlier Series IIA the normal seats and trim were a dark grey vinyl with a very grainy texture commonly referred to as "elephant hide".  All of the Series III padded dash panels were black. 

I've seen the slab type seats recovered in many colors and materials so the tan seats are just fine for your truck.

I got the interior panels installed.Fit was very good and positive.I simulated galvanized metal by first painting the bumper chrome silver abd allowing it to dry overnight.then I used flat aluminum and cut down paint brush to stipple it on  .Results are pretty good.   

Installed the first two rows of seats like the sand color!The rear seats have a black frame which is tricky to paint.

I decided to paint the seats and interior panels  interior a sand color! goes well with the green body.   

Thanks! It is a cool.kit!just to shake things up I decided to put a large RAF roundrel decal on the hood!Although the spare tire will cover it!
