I recdently purchased Revell's 1976 Chevy Van kit. I'm a sucker for the customized vans from the 70s! My question is a 2 part one- does anyone know of a glue to use that will work on these tires that are in 2 pieces so that the finished tire looks realistic or does anyone know of a kit that I could take the tires from to substitute for these split tires. I've got several packs of AMT's pad printed tires but the ones that would be appropriate are too small for the Revell's rims. This summer I was able to substitute some of AMT's drag slicks for the "Troublemaker" kit that I built so I'm hoping to find an easy solution for this kit's tires.
