I did something like this over 10 years ago. I figured I can do again, but better. If it is better, I don’t know. but it is definitely better than the first one I did. The scale is 1/24 HC22 Suzuki Jimny JA11-5. The kit is by Hasegawa. The window shield was replaced with a protective glass, used for cellphones. I cracked it with sharp hobby knife. The rear and rear side windows were replaced with thin plywood bought at a hobby store. The roof rack was scratch built. Everything else is a collection of parts from my junk box, like cloth materials, plastic wraps, old rubber pieces etc.

I used to have a significant other that packed just like that!
Great work on a really cool subject.

Thanks Greg.
Great weathering. Budweiser beer case is a nice touch
Thanks.
Oho!
That looks like my old Samurai after I found boat parts in the wilds of Colorado by the River!
That's wild! Weren't those things roll-over prone to begin with?
I have to try your cell phone screen idea - I recall you doing that in another build.
Thanks,
John
Neato! Now do one with model kits and supplies! Title it "Back from the Nats".
“Ya ya ya, unicorn papoi!”

Most definitely. But that doesn't phase them. ;) Yes. I used it on the Ford, junkyard build.
