Kenworth W-925 "Watkins Version"
Posted by MR TOM SCHRY on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 11:56 PM

Any big rig enthusiasts out there, this question is for you.  I recently saw on Model Round Up that they're reissuing the AMT KW W-925 and in their words "it has been restored to its orginal glory".  Does that mean that its been "tweaked" like their recently reissued International cabover?  If yes, then I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a new kit.  Thanks

The International kit you speak of is basically a reverse engineered New tool.  I suspect the Kenworth is nothing more than cleaned up tooling. Nothing has been said about them retooling it that I've seen.
