The action figure market is going nuts with super articulated figures from 3/34-4" all the way up to 1/6 scale figures and there is a huge lack of vehicles out for 1/12 and larger.

The 3D printing of custom reproductions of all sorts of vehicles is just beginning. There's an enormous demand out there for the plethora of figures that are being churned out right now.

There is a lot of money to be had out there for the right people. Sadly, I'm not one of them lol.

M Brindos, your build has got me thinking about something similar, not that I'm stealing your idea. There is a diecast store in Orlando that has so much stock that it's hard to move about the store. I'm sure the store carries Maisto. I'll go have a look after Modelpalooza to see what I can find. Very cool build you have there.

The Maisto kits can typically be found around most toy sections in your local stores. They carry them at Fred Meyers around me, but I haven't checked Target. Walmart used to carry some, but I haven't seen them around in over a year, maybe two. Any 6" figure should do these days. Hasbro and Mattel have been moving over to this scale with up to 20 or more points of articulation! So options for 1/12 scale figures of almost any genre are available these days. 1/12 scale vehicles, not so much lol. But hey, Master chief, Captain America, Black Widow, plenty to choose from and a growing custom market to modify them to your heart's content! Heads, hands, weapons, accessories galore.

If I could slap a one point sling on the MP-5K it would be tossed on her back for sure lol. Although, at 160mph, maybe a two point would be wiser lol!

Cool!  I did the Tamiya 1199 and would look good side by side with yours.  I haven't tried any of the Maistro kits, sounds fun.  Scale looks spot on with your figure - where did she come from?  Maybe add a scabbard for her rifle while she's jamming at 170 on that crotch rocket

It was fun and I find myself actually wanting to build a few more of these just because this one turned out looking pretty sweet from a short distance lol. It definitely stands out in the display case.

Certainly a dramatic combination!

As you said, decompression is the key. Pretty much anything that gets us there in today's strange world is okay by me.
