An old AMT kit I bought in a job lot with other old AMT kits. Thgis is a rebuild though as my first attempt 20 years ago, wasn't that good paint wise. I stripped it down about 10 years ago and it had been left since. I started painting it again last year. I scratch built the mirror, and added side windows. 1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr" target="">1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr" target="">1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr" target="">1962 Mercury Meteor (AMT) by Modelmadness, on Flickr

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.
Good looking job on that one.
My first car was a Mercury Comet, very close to the Meteor except for the tail lights. I didn't even know there was a Meteor until after I arrived in Orlando and saw one on a used car lot.
