A perfect inside/outside color combination for a classic car. I still laugh when I think about the first time one stopped in for gas at the truck stop where I worked and I couldn't find the gas cap. The owner laughed and laughed at me. What did you use for the chrome trim? tjs
TJS
I hand painted it with a fine liner brush and Testors Chrome Silver paint .that was nerve wracking could not breathe when painting the trim! The gas filler is on the left tail fin.
Yeah, Eugene, eventually I found it. Best example from Detroit of hiding the gas cap on a car's design. Have you tried the Molotow chrome pens? Once again great job on the 57 Chevy.
