Went with a brown interior,an interesting feature of this kit is that the front bench seat is hinged to fold forward.I guess to store things or to have access to the fuel tank should a leak or sending unit issue arrise..

I have some walnut veneer that I thought would be good for the truck bed.So I got my T square and triangle and cut the veneer into strips.Attached them with CA and will finish them with  gloss Minwax Polycyclic  .

Interesting project. Haven't seen a chopped 50's truck in sometime. I also love that you stuffed in the 6 instead of a modern V8, great work. The bed looks amazing too.
