Working on this Altered Wheelbase 65 Chevelle in a shortened Revell frame .Took some effort to get it set up to fit.
I decided to use a Chrysler 440 and velocity stacks just to be different!
Mocking it up..
Mounted up the engine ,in order to make it fit I had to remove the oil pan and replace it with a slightly shallower pan in the reverse position .

Yep!
Installed the radiator,master Cylinder and radiator hose.
Fitting the front clip was more difficult than expected .This is the best ai could do .

Exhaust headers too!
Installed the glass and dash board.Just for fun I sprayed the clear parts with transparent red .
My . Hinge the front clip at the front and keep it in the open position. No one will know it's a tad off.

No it is painted like the Sox and Martin Mopar drag cars .I just like the Patriotic colors.
