Working on this  Altered Wheelbase 65 Chevelle in a shortened Revell frame .Took some effort to get it set up to fit.

Mounted up the engine ,in order to make it fit I had to remove the oil pan and replace it with a slightly shallower pan in the reverse position   .

Installed the glass and dash board.Just for fun I sprayed the clear parts with transparent red .

My 2 cents. Hinge the front clip at the front and keep it in the open position. No one will know it's a tad off.

No it is painted like the Sox and Martin Mopar drag cars .I just like the Patriotic colors.
