I started this a couple of month's ago, but now it is my focus. So I will start a wip.

The kit is a metal kit, and I have done metal before, though not in 1:43.  My new mantra is use it or lose it.  Photo etech is hard- thicker than usual, so cutting it out is hard.  Scissors nor knive do not cut it.  I am using the small cut disks on my Dremel Stylus.  That new Dremel Stylus is ideal for this kind of work, with its slow speeds.  I will now be frequently updating progress.

Disaster!  I had glued the seat in to the rear center section.

but I got it just a few mil to far back and the seat wouldn't clear the fuel tank when I tried to fit body over the frame!  I used CA softener to remove the seat, and it also took off the dedion rear axle.  That had been a real challenge installing, so this is about three steps back!

Ouch! I hate it when that happens. Looks like it'll be a gem once it's all done though.
