Left hand drive dashboard for Aoshima Toyota '88 GX Mark II

Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of my modeler friend. He has bought the Aoshima Toyota '88 GX Mark II in 1/24 scale and he'd like to build the car with left hand drive. However, the kit has only the right hand side dashboard part. Does anybody know if there is an alternative part available on the aftermarket.? If not, what would be the easiest solution to the problem?
