Nice start; I'd still be on the seat even if I started at the weekend.

Now more decals. The red decal down the side of the windscreen opening seems to come up short, so once the total build is finished I pop a drop of red paint in there to join things up! It also won't conform to the shape, a bit of clear varnish under it will cure that!

So far so good.... it always seems that the competition vehicles with body color decals offer a little more challenge when applying them.

Keep up the great work!

Well:

Happy Belated Birthday you old Modeler You! The car looks great but lets face it, you'll never catch me, I am 80 and I have a fast boat in the works so there!! Really, you have done a nice job on that little car. It seems so strange to see a four door race car! The colors are certainly eye catching!     T.B.

Well thanks guys but! The first coat of gloss clear highlights my first glaring blunder! With the body having primer, two coats of matt white undercoat and three coats of gloss blue, prior to the gloss clear going on I test fitted the windscreen as all windows fit in grooves from the outside, I will need to scrape out the paint around each window area! OR shave off around each 'Glass' to fit!

Yes the decal down the side of the windscreen came away so some red paint will be carefully brushed in! Oh the window decals are to be laid up inside!
