AMT Model T
Posted by sisu on Sunday, May 30, 2004 8:43 AM
Usually I am in the winged section, but I have a question about an old AMT kit of a Model T produced in the late 60's. The box actually contained two kits, a normal T body and one with a truck bed. Does anyone know it? I have never seen it since but I remember that it was excellent. Was it ever produced again or perhaps under a different name? I am surprised that it is not still produced. Thanks in advance.

I think this is the kit you are referring too, it was available in 2001-2002, it was a AMT Buyers Coice kit, so it is oop, but may still be around, it is kit # 31223, '25 Ford Roadster, it could be built as a Stock T, a T pickup, or a roadster street rod.
I hope this helps.

Thanks very much Lee. I'll do a search. I am pleasantly surprised that it is still possible to get it. I hope it is as good as I remember! After all, I was younger when it first came out. A lot younger!

Cheers.
