paint inside light housing

HEY,
I have noticed that my headlights and such dont seem as bright as i think they should be, and i was wondering if you guys like painted the inside of the light housing or something to make the light brighter. Just wondrin.

I normally paint the inside of lights with chrome paint. Makes it pretty shiney. Also use clear glue after painting it and that gives it more realistic look than the plastic lenses on some stuff.

You could put baremetal foil on the inside of the light to add refletiveness. That might work a little better than just paint.
