Be happy you can get parts at all, AMT you cant. Youhave to bring it back to the store where purchased. Try doing that with a ebay or swap meet purchase.

The point is, if you NEED a part and it was either not included or not formed correctly YOU pay an additional $3. And that is not good customer service. I bought the kit with the idea all the parts were included. If I messed up a part I would be happy to pay for MY mistake, but not theirs.
Also, I have been charged for a part three times on my credit card, and only received one, that is just sloppy and it took far too long to be corrected.
If you order 10 parts just because you can, you are making the problem worse and may be the reason they are charging now and the reason the cost will go up, that is not honest. Not saying you would Vinnie, but I'm pretty sure some folks have tried it.

So if you need one part, you are charged $3.
Good customer service that is, pay for mistakes made by the company.

That is not only good customer service, that is great customer service!!! They don't even ask whether the problem was thiers or mine.Smile [:)]

I say that because I have ruined parts on almost completed, much better than average builds and hey-- $3 got me a new one.

You may as well pick out 10 of your favorite parts from the kit and get your money's worth.Hmmmmm.......decals,the body, chassis, interior tub, dashboard, hood, bumpers, fron and rear valance, and windows. There, almost a whole car,all you have to add is the drivetrain, suspension, seats, wheels and tires. Not to bad for $3.Could be worse I guess.
