There are a few hard to get Models out there that might have what you are after:

1.) IMAI they used to do a few vintage Bikes (1912, etc), since they are gone out of business your best bet might be E-Bay or similar.

2.) Gunze Sangyo might also have a few offerings in their high tech model range(pricey):
Check here:

Not their full range, none of the kits I got is listed there.

Most of those wheels need to be assembled from the supplied plastic rims and supplied wire. I got a few of their Kits and they are a bit of a challenge as they are multi-material kits.

3.) Less fitting might be the Revell Bike Kits of like the Vincent Black Shadow, etc.

I am looking for a set of 1/12 motorcycle wire wheels, that is, with no drum brake or disc brake stuff molded in. I don't know what kit might have some and don't want to run around buying up a bunch in hopes of finding wheels like this. They are for a vintage racer project and so I can't use cast-type wheels. Any ideas on kits that have the brake stuff seperate? Or any source for these types of wheels?
