Revell Germany offers the following 2 Kits:
1/9 German BMW R 75 with Sidecar - RVL 03070
1/9 German Zündapp KS 750 with Sidecar - RVL 03071

Availability might be a bit spotty, but you should be able to find them with a bit of online searching.

There are a few other makers like Heller and Italeri that I think offer only WW II Motorbikes too. Sorry, not my period for motorbikes so I am working solely from memory here.

WHICH Motorcycle with Sidecar are you interested in??

There have been a few :
1/12 was a Vespa scooter/sidecar combo.
1/9 were a few WW II Bikes with sidecar
1/6 Was the Harley FLH Classics with Sidecar.
