Team Forsythe Blue 1998?

Hi All!

I was given(!), you can read about it at the odds&ends section, the Revell 1/25 Forsythe team 1998 Indycar, driven by the late Greg moore and Patrick carpontier.

The Indycar is painted blue and white. all the strippes are coming in the form of decal. "Naturlly" the call for the light blue color is just "Light Blue".
Does anyone know which Light blue???
