SHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!! Don't tell the Missus !!

Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg] OK......I will be one of the first people to tell you I hate chronic braggers...well maybe not HATE,but I get insanely jealous!! Tongue [:P] Anyway, back before Christmas I had some cash burning a hole in my you-know-what.Well..... today I was reminded what it is, that motivates me to go to work and drive hundreds to thousands of miles and deal with irate drivers, when I would cheerfully be bound to a chair and have hot french fries gouged in my eyes. I just want to show somebody who will understand the joy of getting a new kit or kits and not gripe about how much money is spent in the process.Hence the title to the topic.... Anyhoo, I just got this stuff today because the Scale Motorsports stuff was not in stock at the time I ordered it,so I told the shop to just hold my order till they received the last of the items.Anyway...I hope you enjoy the pic...just wanted to show somebody my loot that understands.

Clockwise from left to right:

Ferrari F-40LM Fujimi 1/16 scale w/photo-etch detail kit sold seperately
Ferrari F-40 Pocher 1/8 scale
Lamborghini Countach (Rain-X livery) Fujimi 1/24 scale
Porsche 935 SMS 1/12 Super Detail kit
Ferrari 330P4 Fujimi 1/24 scale

Nice collection of mostly italian horsepower you've got there. You are one lucky man. Oh, don't worry, I won't tell anyone.

Crikey that 935 super detail kit is the icing on the cake!

I showed that to my missus and it was a "no!" ( I showed her the slightly less expensive FW24 super detail kit , still the same womanly rejection!)

You got the wrong missus there, mate.

Mine doesn't worry about my hobby unless the kits overflow into the general living area and I don't dip into the household account or savings. Big Smile [:D]

Great stash! My Mrs. doesn't mind the modelling. It keeps my off the streets and out of the bars and contact with other women to a minimum.

Thanks for the comments guys,as for building these kits I am probably going to wait a while especially on the Pocher kit. I feel that I am not as good at modeling as most of the people are on this forum ....so I am going to wait until my skills are fairly well developed.Anyway,if anybody would like more specific detail shots of one of the kits pictured I will be happy to oblige.

Later on....

If you aren't going to build those for awhile, how about loaning at least of them to me and I will help you along??? That's a really nice haul.
