HI
sorry about the quirky yet enticing title.
has anyone made the revell 1:24 Enzo Ferrari?
If you have, what color did you paint it and did you run into any problems?
I already have huge gaps where pipes join.
Did you run out of the mesh stuff before the modle was finished?
Thanks

Is there any color for a Ferrari besides Ferrari Red? It's gotta be, man!

Tamiya has a red and yellow model out. The yellow model has additional carbon fiber decals.

I am sure Ferrari or any good garage will paint them in ANY colour you desire provided you pay them for it. Wink [;)]

For enough $$$$$$ Ferrari would paint your Enzo Pink...
But I agree with yardbird78, anything but Itai Red on a Ferrari is not a Ferrari.
My favorite all time dream car is a Red 412 Boxer but I would settle for a 308 GTO.The new Ferraris & Porches have lost much of their character.. Most of us "Old Timers" just don't get it with the new cars... I never thought I'd say it but Ford has the only 2 Classic looking Cars out there now... The GT and the Mustang.. all the others are all starting to look alike. Even the new Vette looks more like a Enzo than a Vette. Soooooo Sad

Hey I'm only 27 and I'd have an older car over one of these new breeds any day. My fave car of all time has to be the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Coupe! Oh maaaan!

Anyway I've bought the Tamiya Enzo and it looks ace quality so far.

According tot he Tamiya instructions you can paint the exterior and interior any color you want since if you bought one they would do the same for you. I don't know about the fit problems and all though since I did the Tamiya kit.

You'd be very surprised at the colour schemes that Ferrari do for the Enzo (or any Ferrari for that matter).....

Seems like red is still the most popular, that's most likely the color I will go with when I build the Tamiya kit.

Yes, I saw that Titanium Silver Enzo and wanted to build it in that color, but since the Mrs was the one who "forced" me to get the kit I'll paint it in black. At least she's not requesting a pearlescent pink! Wink [;)]
