Opinions re 1968 Mustang GT 500

The AMT/ERTL GT 500 is nicely done, but there is a minor inaccuracy.
The front and rear fender extensions are add on pieces on the real car. The model has them molded into the front and rear fenders without and panel lines that would represent a separation of the pieces.

This is true of the piece that runs accross the front of the hood, that is the seperation lines where the piece attaches to the left and right front fender extensions, is not represented on the model body.

These seperation lines are clearly visible on the real car. So, should I scribe these lines into the body, or assume that they would not be visible in 1/25th scale. Your opinions would be most welcome.

I have a real 1:1 scale 68 Mustang GT 500 to use as a refference. Unfortunately It itn't mine. DRAT!

If it's not too difficult, I would scribe the lines. My only concern would be making sure not to scribe too wide of a line. I not sure what would be worse, no line or too wide of a line.
