I,ve tried to replicate That gold bluish color that chrome exhaust gets on motorcycles. So far my results are not even close to the box covers & real G.P. bikes.Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I use alclad II paints which are superb metallics paints to use as they blend in perfectly to whatever you are doing , in this case , the exhaust.

Smile [:)]Another way, which is a cheap alternative, is to get a set of kiddies felt tip pens and try your artistic skills with reds, greens, blues etc etc. Make sure you use the water soluble type and not permanent markers because you may want to wash it off and try again.
