I was about to mention Joel's site, but see it's been done. He has the tendancy to do that to people!
Much the same as going to Bil Attridge's site - total depression!

Here's a good site. It hasn't been updated for a long time but still one of my favorites. There are sevarl photos of each bike along with the builder's "how to".

I took a look at my Favorites and found this collection, some in english some in japaneese, use a translator or just look at the pictures...some are really worth it.
