I had a similar problem
turns out , there were some burrs on the body work of the plastic , i fine sanded them
but , i still had some gaps though

hey all,

im working on a 1957 Ford Thunderbird but im having fit problems with the front & rear bumper it put out gaps so...i wanna know what is best way to fixed this problem so..i can get the body ready for paintin and i was goin to take a pic of it but too much light hitting the cam to take a good pic of it
