Copy of an August 1994 Scale Auto Enthusiast Article Req'd
Posted by gburdon on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 4:09 PM
Hello to all the Gods of the Auto World Bow [bow].

I am treading into the unknown here as a prominent Armour Modeler. I beg for your humble forgiveness and plead for your assistance Bow [bow].

I need to obtain a copy of the article from SCALE AUTO ENTHUSIAST August 1994 issue. The specfic article I am looking for is the article dealing with the AUTO ETCH Machine I think the article was named "GOT THE ITCH TO ETCH"

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers;

Gregory

I bet our Customer Sales & Service department can supply you with a back issue, and failing that, they can send you a copy of the article you need.

Their no. is 800-533-6644.

Hello Gregory,

Is it only the artical you require, which is only four pages? If so I will post it on the site or E-Mail it to you.

Ken;

I need just the article itself. I recently received an AUTO-ETCH as a gift and was told this was "THE" article to read before using. So if you could scan and post here or email it to me that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

Cheers;

Gregory

Hello Gregory, I've tried to post, E-Mail the pages you requested nothing works so I've asked Matt if he could help. Will continue to try, maybe there is a way and I haven't found it or I'll wait for Matt. Ken

Ken;

Thanks for the effort thus far. I am sure it will work out in the end. I'll just keep checking in. If you scanned the pages, it may be just that the file size is too large to make an attachment to an email. Either way it will sort itself out. Thanks again.

Cheers;

Gentlemen,

I think I need to clarify something regarding back issues.

Our customer service department (800-533-6644) can provide you with back issues of all of KPC's magazines, and should an issue be out of stock, they can provide you with a color or black-and-white copy of any article we've published. The rates are very inexpensive, too.

It sounds like the cat's already out of the bag this time, but just for the record, any time you copy and redistribute content from a magazine, you violate our copyright. Please go thorough the proper channels in the future, ok?

Thanks for understanding,

Matt Usher @ FSM

Thanks for understanding. I know it's easy to copy/scan articles and pass them along (and I know you were just trying to help a fellow modeler) but any time anyone passes along a "bootleg" copy of something we've published, it takes cash out of our bottom line and hurts the folks who put out the magazine.

Matthew Usher;

My apologies for this and thank you for your understanding in this. It won't happen again. I feel the sting on my wrist and it will remind me for the future.

Regards;

Gregory
