Not really that much "What If" as you think.

Don't know if it is real or not.

Florida HWY Patrol has quite a few exotic cars as black & whites, well black & tans actually. They are cars seized in drug raids.

Here are a few.
FHP Camaro

Other departments have them too, here is a Lotus Esprit in England:

How about a Lamborghini from Italy? FHP has one in black & tan from a drug bust in the Miami area too.

Yea HeavyArty. The California Highway Patrol has the Camaro. My dad used to have an old Camaro that was used either for Narcotics or undercover stings. It had the same engine found in the CHPs and the windows were all tinted extremely dark.

I love that Viper you built. Was it a kit or just a Viper kit with decals taken from another kit? Hopefully if I get into the CHP they will buy some of those Cool [8D]

This is just a viper kit, I believe Revell. I got my decals from chimneyville.com. Thanks for the reply.Big Smile [:D]

I've always wanted to convert a viper into a cop car, now I have even more inspiration. I'm gonna put a light bar on it and light them up with LEDs. I get all excited just thinking about it. I heard a story once about a viper being auctioned off and someone got it for $3,000. It was for the Duluth Police Department in MN. It might be bologna, but how sweet would it be to get a barely used viper for 3 grand? For all of you who have nice cars, don't transport drugs in them because it'll get taken away, use the rusted out beater. Big Smile [:D] The cops won't sieze it if it's crap or if it has a lien on it thats worth more than the car at the time.

Question: Did you put a shotgun or MDT in the car? I can't tell from your pictures.

I didn't put anything in most of my cars. They are all works in progress. This one I am going to put lights in the front upper right window, and one on each side top rear window. I will eventually put computer, paperwork, clipboards in all my cars. It's a matter of time and actually gatting the parts. I may go ahead and make resin copies of the stuff I alraedy have. I really don't know yet. Thanks for looking!!
