I own a 2002 Neon R/T, and belong to a Neon forum. As far as I know, there are no kits available for the Neon, either 1st gen or 2nd. You can find 1st gen models built for publicity by Brookefield Collector's Guild sometimes on eBay, but that is about it. If somebody knows otherwise, please let me know.
