I have found some trucks, diecast, with forklift or material handling type booms. Not exactly what you have pictured. But maybe could be used if reworked a bit. First Gear makes one, firstgearonline.com, Also may want to check out midwestreplicas.com, rcmtruck.com, and diecast.com. I haven't seen or found any kits though. If you or anyone else is into tinkering, redoing or reworking scale models already built, diecast, plastic or whatever you can make what you are looking for as I do often. The trucks I found are the LaFarge Material Handler and the KJB Granite Material Handler in 1/34 scale. Hope this helps!
