a few drops of food coloring in a small dish of Future (color of choice) and dip your "glass" in. I have also used regular window tint material found in auto parts stores to get the mirror type tinting, but the process is much more time consuming.

Tamiya bottles several colors in clear form that you could use, also Testors puts out a black tint in spray can form

The window tint available from Testors does a horrible job. I suggest using the future method since it works well and gives you a choice of any color you want.
