decal bubbles

man, i am using microsol and solvaset on a pretty challenging set of decals (for me!) it is a four part decal and it has laid down, all but about 10 tiny bubbles. i have used a needle to 'pop' the bubbles and added 3 more coats of solvaset, with only a small difference. do i just keep applying solvaset, or is there a more powerful decal softener that i should try to find? this is driving me crazy! been working on these side panel decals (repsol honda rc211v) for 4 days! am i just impatient or does it take this much time for stubborn decals? i am quite familiar with microsol and solvaset and have not had these problems on any other complex contours. and there are no particulates under my decal, if thats what you are thinkin!...

You might try Testors decal solvent. Maybe help.

I know of a way to prevent bubbles on newly placed decals, but not how to remove bubbles. Rubbing the decals with an ice cube will prevent bubbles from forming while the decals dry. It will also help the decals fit around complex curves.
