Family Dollar Stores carries a generic brand of Future for only $2.50 a bottle, and it's the same exact stuff

Hi iceblend. Yes kleer is the same product. It appears that outside North America it is marketed under the name kleer as well as one or two other names that I can't remember right now.

Hey Archer, so Future does yellow over time? How bad?

hi...is future floor wax the same as kleer? Are they the same prouct? And does the content looks lk transparent glue type?

I used Rain Dance on a car model once. I painted Floquil Barrier on as a primmer then sprayed automotive laquer for a finish coat. Then I waxed it just like a real car with very good results. It was a lot of work, and since then I have sprayed acrylics on followed by future and there is really not a noticeable difference. Future was invented for modelers, not for kitchen floors!

Maybe. The real advantage is that Future is a liquid, and most other floor waxes are solid, aka paste waxes. I'd assume that another liquid wax should work, but be careful, that the one you try doesn't attach the plastic or paint. Some floors waxes have cleaners in them that can disolve the paint ot melt the plastic.

I usually err on caution here, Future works, and except for a little yellowing over the years has few side effects.
